Media Release Consent 

Recycle and Reinvest  Media Release Form or a Media Consent Release is a legally binding google document that grants Recycle and Reinvest authorization for a party to produce, reproduce (or reuse), edit videos, take pictures, print, and record the sound of an individual. Individuals under the age of 18 will need their legal guardians to sign the form. By filliing out this form you give Recycle and Reinvest permission to use your digital images or media for business purposes.

Eco-Drip Leadership Learning Zone will utilize community mentor leaders to teach recycling, repurposing, gardening, care for the earth, economics, artistry, community organizing, and leadership from a social justice perspective.
